Rates for Double Occupancy Starting at $125/night plus taxes and fees (Friday and Saturday rates start at $245/night). Available Saturday July 18, 2026- Friday July 24, 2026. Each additional room occupant over double occupancy will be $20/person plus tax per night (4 person maximum per room). Additional room Fees include: $27/night facility fee, county surcharge of $5/night and Self parking for $15/night. Fees are subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival. 1st room night and tax deposit will be taken upon booking. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event forfeits this deposit. Early departures or dropping room nights within 2 weeks or during the event will be subject to one additional night plus tax.

Starbound Attendees are REQUIRED to stay within STARBOUND’s hotel block to participate in this event.

****Note: If the website, or Hotel representative indicates that there are no rooms available that match your requested reservation dates, PLEASE ADJUST your dates to eliminate the early (Saturday July 18th), or Late (Friday July 24th) dates to see if there is availability during the middle of the event. This message DOES NOT mean that the block is completely SOLD OUT. You have to search for available dates, and there are LESS rooms available on the “shoulder days”.
